Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

Nova Quill Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
