Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Junction Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
