Data Analyst - forecasting (Tampa, FL)

Silverline Birch Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
