Data Analyst - forecasting (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Timber Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
