Data Analyst - forecasting (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
