Data Analyst - forecasting (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Amber Property Management Partners is a St. Louis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent collection. • Python or R for analysis.
