Data Analyst - forecasting (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Spokane plant, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in tooling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on production lines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
