Data Analyst - forecasting (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Field Water Authority Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing accounts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
