Data Analyst - forecasting (Spokane, WA)

Harborlight Glen Energy is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
