Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on temp assignments. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
