Data Analyst - forecasting (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Legal Group Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
