Data Analyst - forecasting (Savannah, GA)

Cedar Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Savannah. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
