Data Analyst - forecasting (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Lantern Insurance is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on catastrophe response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
