Data Analyst - forecasting (Savannah, GA)

Silverline Sparrow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
