Data Analyst - forecasting (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Quill Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on billing records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
