Data Analyst - forecasting (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Ashton Health is a healthcare provider in San Jose with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
