Data Analyst - forecasting (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Diego area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 368 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in outage reports and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer tickets. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
