Data Analyst - forecasting (San Antonio, TX)

Fernwood Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
