Data Analyst - forecasting (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Forge Freight is a San Antonio logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 285 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
