Data Analyst - forecasting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Juniper Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
