Data Analyst - forecasting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Ivory Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
