Data Analyst - forecasting (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Water Authority and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in treatment plant data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on water quality. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
