Data Analyst - forecasting (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Glen Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
