Data Analyst - forecasting (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Juniper Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Sacramento, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 855 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
