Data Analyst - forecasting (Reno, NV)

Highbridge Meridian Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
