Data Analyst - forecasting (Reno, NV)

Nova Timber Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
