Data Analyst - forecasting (Reno, NV)

Cedar Wilder Manufacturing Group is a Reno manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
