Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Stonegate Ashton Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around El Paso, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on network equipment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
