Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Quill Legal Group is a Houston practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
