Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Tulsa. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
