Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Property Management is a Jacksonville property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
