Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Greenridge Basin Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for patient scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 77 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
