Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Junction Financial is a financial-services company in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in regulatory reports and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor spend. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
