Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
