Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Silverline Amber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
