Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Legal Group is a law firm in Albuquerque serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in billing records and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
