Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meadow Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on unit turnovers. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
