Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Nova Bridge Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Spokane, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
