Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Fernwood Maple Community Partners is a nonprofit in Jacksonville supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
