Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
