Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Northwind Drift Facilities Group looks after properties across the Charlotte region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
