Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Westbrook Corner Construction is a Indianapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in change orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
