Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Amberfield Medical is a St. Louis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a large organisation of about 341 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on training materials. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
