Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Redstone Analytics builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Charlotte. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in device records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
