Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Learning Group Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
