Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Antonio, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on customer estimates. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
