Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Redstone Clear Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on forecasting for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
