Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Bluepeak Health provides primary and specialty care in Buffalo. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on forecasting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
