Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be forecasting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in document review and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
