Data Analyst - forecasting (remote)

Cedar Cross Civic Services Partners provides shared administrative services to local governments around Spokane, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our forecasting. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in public records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on permits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
